After being a lecturer in a university, I switched to another job. But I kept missing the opportunity to work with young people, guide them, mentor and coach them. The interaction with these young, full of ideas and ambitions people is so positive, so ones someone has been exposed to it, it just need just a little bit, one spark to make you go back to teaching again.
