If you would like to cancel a course you booked, the following cancellation policy apply:
All deposits are non refundable, as they cover the administrative cost of enrolment, documentations, in some cases private curriculum and assigning private tutor, pre assessment, and all preparation (paper or online based) for starting the course.
For courses Level 2 and above, if you cancel up to 14 days and you have not registered on the website, which means you do not have log in details registered in our sistem, you can receive back 50% of the course fee.
For courses Level 1 and below, including but not limited to Award, CPD, if you cancel up to 14 days and you have not registered on the website, which means you do not have log in details registered in our sistem, you can receive back 50% of the amount left after the deduction of the administrative cost of £50 from the course fee paid.
For all of the courses offered on our website if you cancel after 14 days, or you register in the website you lose your right of refund.
